Pizza Hut

Waited in line for 8 freakin minutes after driving all the way down here to find out my order wasn't even in the oven. Upon entering there was also a long line of upset customers. I figured it was best to cancel but thank you pizza hut for wasting my valuable time because all you can hire is people who don't care

I used the app to order myine ahead of time and found out it doesn't track your order real time. Several people that used the app were waiting way past their ready time. I was told at the drive through it would be 5 minutes, circled around behind 2 other cars Iine and when I returned to the window, at least 5 minutes later, I was told it is about to come out of the oven in 3 minutes. I was told to park in the lot and it would be brought right out. Had to go in 15 minutes later and it still wasn't out of the oven. Finally was given my order over 30 minutes after the app said it was ready. Either the employees don't know their jobs or they blatantly lied about the status of my order. The ONLY reason I was there is the family we were buying dinner for requested it. Never going to another Pizza Hut again.

We picked up the Big Dinner Box tonight and it was PERFECT! Everything was hot and fresh, but my favorite was the boneless honey bbq wings. The lady at the window was very nice as well. We will be back!

Very poor customer service! I ordered once online, never got the order! Then I called in and ordered the same thing STILL DIDNT RECEIVE MY FOOD! Had to call AGAIN just to be told “Oh yeah it’s still sitting here in our store if you still want it it’ll be like 10min” WOW! I literally waisted 3 hours waiting on a pizza dinner box. Didn’t even offer a discount or anything. Never will I order anything from here again!

This pizza hut is consistently poor in quality and service. Between giving me blue cheese dressing instead of icing for my cinnamon sticks and putting almost no sauce on any pizza it's always something. When I finally decided to complain (I had barely gotten any bacon on my pizza even though I paid for extra) the management sat there and argued with me. I'd recommend getting your pizza almost anywhere else. I know that will be my last interaction with this establishment.
